In honoring the scientific products of dear participants, the scientific secretariat of 3rd.International Conference on Architecture, Civil Engineering, Urban Development, Environment and Horizons of Islamic Art in the Second Step Statement of the Revolution has prepared conditions so all the selected papers without any need to reviewing and only based on the authentication of being applied by scientific committee of 3rd.International Conference on Architecture, Civil Engineering, Urban Development, Environment and Horizons of Islamic Art in the Second Step Statement of the Revolution will be accepted and published by conference fees and free in one of the various authentic journals of ISI, ISC, specialized and research of conference.
