The presentation of superior papers (oral and poster) by top contributors to specialized panels, including civil, architectural and urban panels, and the presence of professors from major congressional programs. Considering the wide presence of professors, researchers, managers, students and experts in Iran and the world at this congress, this section will endeavor, after numerous studies and judgments, of scientific articles, high-quality research and the use of new findings. To make the titles of these papers will be subsequently announced by the Referee Committee after arbitration.
